Karen has twenty years of experience leading full-stack web developers from WebOps teams to digital agency work, bringing her extensive knowledge of various industries and project sizes to Stitch Media. With a Master of Arts focused on Management and Leadership from Western University, she strives for transparency, integrity, and care in her work with clients and colleagues both.

Her passion for elite fencing has earned Karen multiple medals at both national and international levels. This inspired her limited podcast series ‘Silver is the new Gold’, which highlights Canadian women who participate and compete in sports.
